1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
- Worn, washed, or altered items.
- Products purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless defective).
- Pre-order items after shipment has been confirmed.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
3. Pre-Order Policy
For pre-order products, estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and may change due to supplier or shipping delays.
- Pre-orders can only be canceled before shipment confirmation.
- Once the pre-order item has been shipped, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted except in case of defects or wrong items.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank details for the refund transfer.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size
- Wrong item received
- Defective products
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days after delivery and are subject to stock availability.
6. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses the order without a valid reason after shipment, we reserve the right to:
- Deduct shipping and return handling fees from any refund.
- Restrict future Cash on Delivery orders.

- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
